In an effort to show the true Diversity and Inclusion of Nike, I created a mobile app that catered to athletes that have a physical disability.

The best way to demonstrate Nikes mission was to develop a mobile app that served as a workout partner for a group that often is forgotten in the sports industry—Let's Unleash & Zoom was born—LUZ.

Inspired by my baby sister, Luz—who was born with a form of cerebral palsy and told she would only live up to 4 years old, now celebrating her 15th birthday, I decided to create a user experience and user interface (UX/UI) that would allow these resilient athletes a chance at being part of the team.

LUZ is a workout partner that provides workout experiences, guided exercises and workout tracking. LUZ is my way of echoing Nike's mission— "Bring Inspiration. And Motivation. To Every Athlete. In The World."
